Connecting to Google Calendar
Authenticate with Google Calendar:
• Click the 'Connect Calendar' button.
• You will be redirected to the Google authentication page.
• Follow the prompts to sign in and grant the necessary permissions.
View your events
• Once authenticated, your Google Calendar events will be visible within the app.
Connecting to Zoom
Authenticate with Zoom:
• Press the 'Connect Zoom' button.
• You will be redirected to the Zoom authentication page.
• Sign in to your Zoom account and authorize the app to access your Zoom data.
Managing Event Transcriptions
Toggle Event Transcriptions:
• After connecting both Google Calendar and Zoom, you can manage event transcriptions.
• Use the toggle switch next to each event to enable or disable transcription.
Removing the App from Zoom
Remove the App:
• Open and sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
• Click on Manage in the top right corner.
• On the left side of the page, select Added Apps.
• Locate the "Innovation Within" app in the list.
• Click Remove next to the app.
• A confirmation window will appear.
(Optional) You can select a reason for removal from the drop-down menu.
• Click Remove to confirm.
