As requested by our users, we have the following canvases available for your team or cohort.
Business Model Canvas
The canvas that started it all. The Business Model Canvas (BMC), has a broad application. It consists of nine blocks that represent the different elements of a business model, including the value proposition, customer segments, channels, revenue streams, and cost structure.
Lean Canvas
The Lean Canvas is a problem-focused canvas designed specifically for startups. The Lean Canvas consists of nine blocks that are similar to those in the BMC, but with a greater focus understanding the problems customers face and how to solve them.
Mission Model Canvas
When the primary goal is not turning a profit, but rather achieving a mission, the Mission Model Canvas is a great tool. The canvas consists of nine blocks that represent the different elements of a mission-driven organization, including the vision, values, stakeholders, and impact.
